    The resident’s personal physician initiates their plan of care and makes scheduled and emergency visits as necessary. Registered Nurses lead the team of caregivers that include Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants. This team is on duty 24 hours a day and responds to the individual, specialized needs of each resident as prescribed and directed through individualized care plans.
